Cannot wait to see what we get to design for next year!!!

Family Crest Proudly Restored

We stepped into this glorious mansion and had the pleasure of installing custom routed family crests to various parts of the residence.

Restored from a hand painted artwork our client had commissioned years earlier, we took a high resolution photo of the artwork and tweaked it a little , so we could create these beautiful Family Crests.

Family Crest

Custom made from original hand painted design

Mounted on the walls or hung over the beds, with routed perspex panels they adorned the family bedroom walls. There was a sense of great pride, once they were installed when you entered the rooms.

Elegant privacy screens were applied in the wet area with the addition of the family crests as well. Matched with the marvel tiles these really looked amazing.

Quick Dash into Mount Hutton

Dunkley Dash Espresso Hut has a fresh new look!

We had the pleasure of working with the crew from Dunkley Dash sprucing up there shopfront.

Julie was great, she knew what she wanted and how it should look, made our job so much easier. Did i mention how good their coffee is!

Our Design Team created their new presence. Fresh greens, contrasting against the stark crisp white and black. Those with a keen eye will see that the leaves are actually coffee plant leaves, appropriate we thought. The log was inspired from their new look coffee bag labels

new look

little bit of magic

New sign panels were designed and installed on the side of the building replacing the single sign panel. This has great street view frontage as you are coming down the hill. A little of personality was added with the quote on the second panel, after all coffee is all about warmth and getting that good feeling.

Add an a-frame fresh’n up - couple of new sign panels, and trading hours decal on the window installed and the look is complete.

With Breast Cancer Awareness Month being so dear to Julie, we also made some t-shirts and a posters for her campaign.

Nazareth Aged Care door decals

Need to escape or just need a different view? Think Beautiful Doors

These decals are the ideal way to bring some life to your rooms. At Nazareth Aged Care each ward had their own unique door decal which we applied to the patients rooms, so they would be able to identify their rooms easier. Much better than a boring, plain painted door.

We digitally printed our images onto a removable Avery specialty media, laminated for easy cleaning and hard wearing.

Along with the doors for each wing we also installed some beautiful wall murals to particular sections of the facility. Images of local surrounding areas around the Lake were used to add some peace and beauty to the stark white walls.

Thank you for the wonderful application of the graphic at the end of the hallway it looks fantastic and we have lots of positive comments

Chilly Christmas at Marketplace Raymond Terrace

Santa made it to Raymond Terrace Marketplace

We thought we would share some photos of the fantastic Christmas display we created Christmas 2018. It was truly a magical job to create.

Almost everything on display here we painted.

The castle was sprayed icy blues, Toy soldiers patched and resprayed, Gift boxes painted and wrapped with custom designed ribbons.

Paving the way to Santa

The magical pebble path to Santa was laid in that fantastic fairy hour when no-one knows how or when it actually happens. Even the reindeers and birds got their imprints in the snow

Near the archway was a letterbox direct to Santa which was also painted to suit the cold, snowy blue theme and a clock to match.

It was a massive job designing, creating and installing the masterpiece but totally worth it.

Merry Christmas in July!

Hitensile has a new face lift

Newcastle Hitensile and Bolt have had an exciting upgrade.

A fresh lick of paint, new signs, new car park lines and markings and the tired old building looks brand new again. Perfect for our snappy photographer to capture this industrial beauty.

It is amazing how powerful words are really. The visual impact of such strong and contrasting tones the words bring across the front facade of their building is impressive to say the least. The Building now has it’s place along the road.

The task on this site was to freshen up the front where the customers enter the building. So our Think Team got working and created this idea of a collage of words, relevant to Hitensile of course. There were some extremes in temperatures and weather, but the results of the hand painted words look fantastic we think.

Standing tall out the front the pylon sign had a make over as well- new sign panels with the new logo and branding. Trading hours applied to the front entrance doors.

We cannot forget the ground! New lines were measured out for the spaces and the car park markings were also repainted.

For the final touch a bit of painting across the front and shiny yellow bollards for greater safety around the site.

All that was left was to capture the moment of such brilliant silent acting. So with camera in hand, our photographer Andy snapped away. The model was a minx, such strength and poise, every angle was her best. :)

A creative, attractive sign can help your business stand apart from the competition. Customers are more likely to purchase from a business they have already heard of.

So a sign can help plant the seed for future sales

If you operate or are planning to start a business, an important consideration is how you plan to use signage

Function

Signs serve as a primary link between a business and its customers, like a type of silent salesperson for your business. Exterior signs draw attention to your place of business and help differentiate it from others on the street while interior signs help customers locate merchandise and can lead to impulse sales when added to special displays.

Significance

One of the essential components of a business's overall marketing strategy is the use of signs, their design and positioning. A sign containing a business's logo will help reinforce their brand. We also use signs to draw attention for promotions and to convey information about the business. Exterior sign are visible 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, so their visual effect is continuous.

Benefits

Signs can be a cost-effective form of marketing. According to the SBA website, the cost-per-thousand, a common method used to measure the cost of reaching a thousand potential customers, is much lower for signage than other types of advertising, such as radio, televisions and newspapers.

Considerations

Signs can also be effective for off-premises use. Strategically placed billboards can convey a concise message to passing motorists. You can also place magnetic signs on the side of your vehicle to serve as a form of mobile advertising as well as pay other motorists to place signs on their own vehicles for additional reach.

We have tradesman signwriters who are very diverse in their abilities

This is the founding block of Think Graphic Communication.

We manufacture on site and install signs state wide.

The supply of artwork and free quotations is a standard practice at Think Graphic Communication.

We will guide you through the best choices as far as longevity and council regulations when it comes to manufacture and installation of your new signs.

RTC grand entrance

What a grand site as you step out of the elevator at the RTC building in Newcastle!

This brilliant timeline was designed by local designer, and good friend of ours Josh Vincent.

It depicts the early years of The RTC group showing classic images of Richard Claut as a younger lad, through to today. It is amazing how far you have come, and you just don't appreciate it until it is shown to you. And what a stylish way to show the world.

Design Aspects

To complete this wall art we printed the supplied artwork onto wall paper vinyl, preparing the wall first of course, and added a third dimension mounting the brushed aluminium RTC logo off the wall with stand-offs.

The black and white images contrast greatly with the RTC yellow which leads you throughout the timeline.

This was just the finishing touch to the office space for Rich and his crew

Black Hill Public Sports feature wall

Our design team had a great time creating this master sports feature wall for Black Hill Public School.

Black-Hill-Public-School-aboriginal-signs-think-graphic-communication.jpg

School signs

Aboriginal theme designs and colours

Bright earthy colours, Aboriginal theme designs, bold simple lettering such a good mix for an effective layout.

Our finished product was impressive, above and beyond what we had hoped for!

The signs were printed and laminated using Hexis vinyl then mounted on high quality aluminium composite panel for strength and a smooth, even flat surface. This way the signs are easy to  maintain and produce a beautiful finish.

Black Hill Public School is a safe, happy and caring environment that fosters positive self-esteem, develops self-motivation and self-discipline, so that each student can realise their own individual potential and be prepared for future challenges.

Our school was looking for a way to finish off our sports houses feature wall in a dynamic way. We went to Think Graphic Communication and were provided with the perfect way to complete the job. The concept and design was based on a simple colour and name based information.

Similar theme to the old gym

1000s of Hand painted affirmations on the walls driving you to keep going!

Bright fluorescent colours highlight certain words for greater impact a theme carried out throughout all the rooms.

Higher up on the shed the walls are filled with sports memorabilia from all different codes - it looks amazing

Logo design

Josh Vincent tweeked the old logo and created a great brand for the new gym.

We branded the gym by clever placement of routed logos throughout the different spaces, adding more colour and life

Energetic sports images and the gym's slogans were combined for the front entrance on the automatic doors, designed creatively for an impressive lasting impact.

Every angle holds a message

Looking up we even applied decals to the support beams and metal framework

Custom canvases were designed and manufactured along with large posters and small framed posters and decals for mirrors

Custom signs made for every surface

For impact and colour one way vision was cleverly designed and applied to the front main doorway and back entrance to the cafe.

Support for local sporting teams were featured here along with more affirmations based around sporting teams. So when the teams are practicing in the nets, or just passing by they can be inspired to strive for greatness.

Privacy was established by using printed etching and printed images for doors and windows

Once again strong, powerful, uplifting images appropriate for the different rooms were applied throughout the gym such as the spa room below.

Every message used holds something personal for each individual.

The logo design was kept clean and minimal, using colour and the bevelled constructions as the visual point

Creating another dimension gives the logo a greater depth and more substance

This style was carried through the whole marketing design

The use of a mobile billboard was not over cluttered as we kept the vehicle graphics in the same minimal manner

Both the website and business cards carried this feel of clean space and strength

The Crepe Myrtle Tea & Coffee Rooms Stroud

A splash of colour, easy listening music, great coffee and food that's exactly the experience you get at the Crepe Myrtle in Stroud. Situated at  63 Cowper Street (The Bucketts Way) Stroud between the historic Court House- Museum and picturesque Post Office, this quaint coffee shop is a must stop on your travels.

The Think Team went on the journey with the owners Judy and Kerry in the building of this spectacular shop.

Collaborating with the Myrtle team, this stunning brand concept came to life.

Judy loves colour so pinks, purple, greens were combined against pure white to create a fresh vibrant feel.

Once we had the logo we were able to design business cards, booklets, pamphlets, email signatures, signs, menus anything and everything they required.

Custom signage

Of course you cannot have a premises without signage! Each sign was custom designed just for the Crepe Myrtle from the billboards to the toilet doors even the welcome mat

Custom artwork

Out team were delighted to be working with such stunning artworks and manipulating them into masterpieces decorating walls inside and out in various techniques

All around the shop there are beautiful images and artworks. At the back entrance of the building we created this stunning effect by installing a fake wall, continuing the image over the doors and windows made the image flow into the shop. 3D canvases were placed on top of the stunning pink horizon to create depth and contrast

Custom made canvases

Inside the walls are adorned with canvases we printed and custom manufactured in house

Custom Branding

The Crepe Myrtle produce their own jams, spreads, biscuits, sweets and dressing, so of course these had to be labelled as well. Along with stationary, menus and signage.

So we had to design and adapt the logo for more creative branding badges.

Photography

Photography shoots were organised to capture the Crepe Myrtle Kitchen's unique flavours and authenticity. Each room were shot along with retail therapy room, the inside and outside of the premises, food, produce, and individual

Website design

Another service we had to offer the Crepe Myrtle was to build a website and set up all their social media platforms
